Someone let me know what they think. I'm huge into music!
It was a relief to see that someone on here actually listens to music made in this century.....I like some of these so will check out the others. Along similar lines check out Mogwai (recent stuff especially), Fuckbuttons, Matmos, Jon Hopkins, Nicolas Jaar solo stuff or as Darkside, DJ Kose, Grumbling Fur, The Knife and Chet Faker is pretty chill too....I should be less lazy and put together a 10 list I suppose, maybe later
Haha yeah I felt out of place actually posting that.  I've heard some Jon Hopkins, Chet Faker and Matmos, but I'll be sure to check out the other stuff too.  Thanks for the names man.

DJ Koze feat. Dirk von Lowtzow   "Das Wort"  off Amygdala
Grumbling Fur "Galacticon" from the excellent Glynnaestra
Julia Holter   "Hello Stranger"  off Loud City Song
John Wizards  "Tet Lek Schrempf" off John Wizards
I Break Horses  "Denial"  off Chiaroscuro
Warpaint  "Love is to die"  from Warpaint
Damien Jurado  "Silver Donna"  off Brothers and Sisters of the Eternal Son

Glad you like those! Maybe try some oOoOO or Lake Radio.  It's not for everyone, but I can dig some of the more melodic witch house from time to time but it can be pretty ominous.  I've also been to a Youth Lagoon concert and was disappointed he stayed away from his older stuff but I had a great time nonetheless, and that Bonobo concert must have been amazing.  Very jealous.  I'm actually out and about at the moment with no chance to listen to your set, but I'll get back to you tonight I'm sure it will be great, some of the artist names look VERY familiar.

You picked Waits and Townes - too good for the philistines on here.

Good choices there! I'm really enjoying a lot of new bands ranging from Jon Hopkins, Haim, Little Dragon, Courtney Barnett (who I'm seeing in a couple of months). I also love the Knife - Karin Andersson has one hell of a voice, and my favourites are probably 'Pass This On' and 'Heartbeats'. I loved her stuff with Royksopp too - 'This Must Be It' has one of the best music videos I've ever seen, and 'What Else Is There' is just beautifully haunting.
