+1 on all the positives above.  Looks a v good signing indeed. Makes sense for him (difficulty breaking into Arsenal First Team = likely to get much playing time for us).

Still confused as to how our team will look on 9th August!

PokerMatt

We're gonna have the youngest squad in the league at this rate.

Let that sink in for a minute considering the last 2-3 years.

Arsenal's youth players are always good technically, so I'm pretty excited about this signing. He has a couple of lost years to prove.

Unfortunate he wasn't loaned out while at Arsenal so we could see what first team level he could play at.

Does this mean David is leaving?

NO chance.

Him and FM are tight as tigers.

Prob an either/or and maybe at the same time! Attack lads, attack!

Sammyffc

no chance david will leave. Every picture i've seen looks like david and magath have a proper bromance going on !! haha

More competition which is needec and felix wants it to make players fight for there place.

Best info I have on him is from Football Manager (lol).
Signed him on loan for a League One club at the start of last season and he was the best player in the league. This will obviously translate to real on the pitch success for us..

Wow that came from nowhere. Maybe Magath knew about him from the Dortmund Academy?

Arsenal fans are gutted he's gone. Will be interesting to see how much playing time all the younger players get. Personally I hope we build around them, rather than building around the more experienced players.

He seems to play alot like David. Will it be an either/or

As Felix likes to play with very attacking fullbacks - who create much of the team's width - I wouldn't be surprised to see us playing a 4-2-2-2 or 4-1-3-2.

Cant see those lineups as Parker isnt in them, he is apparently Captain for the season ahead.

he's in them. look closer?

Doubt it considering how much he's played in pre-season.
Plus we have been short in the attacking midfield.

I love the addition and I love the competition that it breeds. This one of the more exciting moments for me this transfer season. And more so than when we got McCormick.
Danny Murphy: the last action hero of the Fulham premiership era.

Finnegans Wake

Still think we could do with a decent championship proven CM.

Black, White and Fred

We are building for the future signings like this is what we need

Its a long season ahead. Players like this may not be first choice all the time, but they will be needed and will be make a contribution.

Bronaldinho

Eisfeld is versatile. He can play alongside Parker or further up the field, which is great news.

He'll rotate with David and David can play outwide too.

Furthermore, we have Tunnicliffe, LVG and Parker in that defensive role. Then David & Eisfeld as the creative outlet.

Exciting times.

..Kya.ffc..

Exciting. Hope the reactions is something to go by. At least I'm looking forward to see what he can do!
Beers may have been involved in this post.

Chutney

Good player to have in the squad, don't think he'll be a starter but he's a great option as cover, good bit of business considering his age too  076.gif
