Well done Kit... Beat off some fairly substantial competition. The gang of five must have considered their superior experiance, but a good run results is very hard to beat.
Looks like he may of " negotiated out" the DOF ... We will wait and see.

Got the length of contract right very pleased by this. Really hope there isn't a dip in results now it's confirmed.

the best thing about this decision is that it shows that our owner isn't falling into the trap of other new moneyed owners of smallish clubs -- going for a "name from the continent."

Kit's a motivational manager..... that's why i'm so happy. He's a winning manager as well, so far, and he's instilled a great team spirit, not seen since our european heroes. On top of that he's a Fulham man. There was no other credible option.

Great news. I think he will do very well but even if he doesn't, we couldn't of asked more from the board and at this moment in time, it was 100% the correct decision to make.
