Yeah, but he was expensive, we'd have to really splash the cash.

Something not right about this Dunk deal. I've heard from 2 pretty watertight sources that this was going to happen, and over the next couple days.

Well I don't buy that, it's just somebody guessing or been told by a third party at a party when they are all drunk, that they heard from the Raving Loony party. It's all hearsay and conjecture. 
Nobody really knows except the clubs themselves.
But one thing is for sure, and definite and true. That is unless Fulham purchase a quality centre back, and a quality left back, we will be facing another long hard and frustrating winter.

All of a sudden there are about 7 pages on one of the main Brighton sites (North Stand Banter), and two interesting snippets were:

1) Bloke at the Crawley match tonight was sat next to someone who knows Dunk's dad, and he reckons he is genuinely injured and not going anywhere

2) There are a few on the board who seem to think he has a £5mill release clause.....

Dunk was injured although he could have played if needed according to the manager. But BHA have problems at the back with knocks and injuries so have no intention of risking Dunk or anybody else for a friendly at Crawley. They have again said that Dunk is a Brighton lad and player and they don't want him to go anywhere.

Time for us to move on because he just isn't worth more than a few million and we must have other players we are interested in.

Yeah Brighton don't want to sell Dunk this summer.

Considering a lot of fans are saying Dunk isn't worth £4m, means our bid was probably meeting their valuation, but the player is too important to them.

Be interesting to see if this develops more or if we go for someone else.

Dunk and Burn would have been great to watch.

Well if he wants to come then he'll have to put a transfer request in pretty sharpish. Otherwise Lees or Tarkowski need looking at.
