Derby have sacked their Head Coach / Manager.

Maybe because they could not beat little old Fulham.

Every day is a Fulham day

Mince n Tatties

Games gone stupid...
Teddy Sheringham at Stevenage, after their Chairman
stating he did a wonderful job considering half the
squad been injured all season..Hilarious..

NJFulham

Not harsh because they need to go up.

Dropping 2 points 2 us was obviously the final straw and we think we have problems.

Clement had a Kit esq posture before kick-off on Saturday, he was clearly a man under a great deal of pressure & lost in his thoughts.  Enter a Derby fan in the Riverside who beckoned him over & proceeded to tell him his daughter knew him from school & sends her regards etc etc.  Clement just about managed to fain a little interest but the fella was oblivious & natered on & on.  Not so perfect timing but funny all the same.

Burt

Feels a little harsh.

I guess the owners have said "we want promotion" and as they did last season, Derby have faded badly...

Harsh?
Three year contract, payoff after seven months work.  The world can be a far harsher place than this.

So it begs the question what is the Chairman's primary target then?

Paul Clement would appear to have been the primary target!

Typical reaction really but no one gets a 2 years chance anymore, also Derby's players must be wondering what's going on.Also don't believe it makes any sense.

Peabody

I didn't know that he spent his early coaching days with Fulham.

Taking pressure off next guy. They;re in League 1 in 2 years if they don't.

Lighthouse

Problem is they imploded last season when going well and it looks as if they are close to doing the same this season. Plus the money they have spent as everybody kept mentioning. Look at the players they had on their bench against us.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

Yes that and that the people in boardrooms at football clubs today havent really got a scooby what they are doing !
