And he wasn't and we won. So being there once again proves nothing... As does not being there.

Khan offers us nothing. Absolutely no benefit to the fans or club whatsoever having this guy involved & we certainly don't need him at games.

Agree!! Release him at once!! absolute journeymen, only plays for wages!!!

I am joking, how can you say he offers nothing, he is literally the owner of the club and he has invested well throughout his time here

Burnley proved you don't need a billionaire owner to be successful, they announced net profits this week of over £30m. They also sit top of the league & also manage to buy £9-10m players (Andre Gray).

If a club is run properly you can still be a success on & off the pitch. Therefore, who needs some random guy with zero interest in fulham, zero knowledge of Fulham & zero believable reasons for buying Fulham?

Those profit figures would have been for last year when they finished second bottom in the premier league!  fp.gif

And they'll be back there next season too, so they can add even more to their coffers.

At the end of the day Khan isn't Mo and never will be. The scarf waving and walk across the pitch was our connection to Mo. Today Khan was the last thing on my mind. All that mattered was winning and we did. Sure there were still things I weren't happy with in theperformance but we won andnothing beats that feeling of winning.

When your glass is half empty all the time its pointless following a club. Our situation is dire but we are better off than Bolton an Charlton and both are as big as we are. Have one on me tonight nose, forget about Khan and be happy we took a big leap towards safety which is all that matters now. Khan can be a problem we worry about once we are safe

Of course it proves nothing but it's a shame he is hardly ever around.

But if the appearance of a suitably interested owner is a big deal at the Motspur park midweek then why is it not important to actually show up at a few more games?

Ticket fees would have to be increased to pay his travel expenses!

This explains what we did

Hmmmm, that's a much better idea than making £30m net profit isn't it!

MJG

Far too easy to compare Burnley and is. Both teams came from different positions when relegated. Burnley git promoted and kept their wages at a very low respectable level. We still had hangover of 13 years at top. It's just not as easy as saying one managed situation better because two completely different cases. We are closer to what Villa are going through than a team like Burnley,  Norwich and even QPR.

MJG, why waste your breath - some people will not be happy whatever the club do!
