West Ham move for Sulejmani hit by red tape as Fulham denied chance to sign Chelsea starlet

West Ham 's attempts to sign Serb forward Miralem Sulejmani from Ajax have been thwarted after he was denied a work permit.
Young Chelsea central defender Slobodan Rajkovic, 21, was also denied a work permit after agreeing a deal to join Fulham.

Odd one this. But we are expected to appeal. Nice that with all the rumours going about we are looking towards younger players.

If im in honest, I'd rather give Matthew Briggs at go a centre back. Lets hope however, the apeal is successful and he turns out to be the new Brede (but cheaper and younger :015:)

rajkovic can play all across the back 4 too. and he was a bloody good young player.

Ok, I didn't know that. Do you think the appeal will help us? I think there was an arrangement that helps young players to get a work permit....?!

yeah we can win the appeal. considering he cost 4 million when he was 16, playing first team football at 15. we have a case. i mean don't get your hopes up because they're strict and usually only do it for really special talent like ramires has just done for chelsea.
