Actually, i like Puncheon but suspect he wouldn't drop to the championship. I like players that 'have a go' and have an eye for goal... that's the way he plays, but his goal tally may suggest he isn't happy about his role.

Coyle is quoted in their local paper saying Marshall and Duffy have turned down contract offers. Each have a year to go it seems. Either would be a good signing IMO, and probably available for good value.

Blackburn are a club in real trouble at the moment; I fancy them to go down.

Still not a striker though  :016:

to give Cardiff a two goal lead.

Even though a proven goalscorer would be a plus, I do not think that is a prerequisite. More important is that whoever comes fits the description that Jokanovic has for his main striker.

Talking about track record: I was going through the unattached forwards on transfermarkt and found a guy I used to have on football manager  049:gif

I was curious to see how he was doing in real life and actually, he had a pretty productive season....in Slovakia though.

He is proven at youth and u21 level, at Brighton they loaded him wide which is why his record of goals to games wasn't too good. he can play there but he prefers to p,at through the middle. If we sign him I would hope it is s a squad player and we still sign another striker, he would offer good speed and give us more options as he can play 2 positions

not saying we shouldn't sign him, or that he isn't very good, but everyone has looked good against us in previous years. Everyone was raving about stearman and pringle because of how they played against us,and look hoq that turned out
