Looks like less height, but a bit tighter to the pitch.  With a mini second tier?  The first design looked like it would allow for 'building around the existing' stand.. whereas this seems like it might interrupt the existing stand.

Basement parking appears to be only 9 spaces for the flats (there were 6 in the last scheme).

How do you see the drawings? I cant download one of the files, it wont open on my phone. Would that be the plans you think?

You have to open the covering email I think which has links to two documents, and the second of them has the drawings after about 50 something pages.

Cheers but still cant open the bloody thing. Saying something about URL?
Desperate to see the plans. People saying it looks shorter but apparently miles more hospitality facilities crammed in.
