NO FORWARDS on sub bench - which we were crying out for at 0-1 with 10 minutes to go
What was the tactic - to have loads of defenders against a team who had only scored 4 goals ?!

But against Man City - we play expansive football ?!

Surely this is indefensible - deliberate or just mad ?

Can any of the "SJ is the man" explain this?

Already said the same on several threads, seems there is no explanation available!!

Just can't get it out of my head — was it a deliberate sabotage ?

Striker wise mitro apart who is the?

I said the same on the matchday thread.

"This is terrible there isn't a replacement for Mitro on the bench."
"Well who would you use to replace Mitro then?"
"Er..."

Our central striker options are criminal for a prem team.
Even Cardiff and Huddersfield have far more options.
Why would we be so short sighted to leave ourselves with such a lack of options.

I've checked the media a few times today expecting the 'Fulham sack coach' headline.  Is Tony Khan up to it or does he get a text from the Chairman?

Is he still there to sign the P45 for Joka? I think they both need to go, which will probably leave us running around like headless chickens, which would be no worse than where the team are now!

You do realise that Cardiff beat us with 2 converted midfielders at striker.

You can tell SJ is panicking, trying anything. He's in a jam. I don't think he was prepared for these players putting in such a poor team performance.

Balance is shot. Confidence is shot.

SJ is the man and zero explanation needed.

The question is who is the next top tier man who would agree to our recruitment policy?

I don't think Joka is panicking.

He already have the Promotion Specialist title in his bag, he said he is not focused on his own contract and for the past 2 matches he brazenly said those matches won't define our season.

He sounded like how he did last season before Kline got thrown out by the police.... a man with a long term plan.

His tactics seems to say that he is fixing the defence first not caring for the result.

5 4 3 2 1.... I hope based on Fulham's love for DATA, we will get our first clean sheet against Liverpool.

Then again, if we lose by 5 goals the question still remains;

Who is the next top tier man who would agree to our recruitment policy?

Baszab, you have been hating on Slav for the last two years, even when we got promoted.

Give it a rest, it's not healthy.

Which deadly forward did you have in mind? The deadly Kamara who will look to dive his way to a penalty and inevitably get booked?

Baszab

Yup
AK would have been perfect for the last 15 minutes at Huddersfield
A bit of raw dynamism
Instead we got Christie replacing the right back with the worst attitude

AK has shown nothing all season, I really don't know where this myth he's amazing has come from. He tries hard but without much success. Having a decent season last year doesn't make him a good option here, let's not forget Ream was player of the season but he's really struggling now.

Getting promoted twice doesn't make you a 'promotion specialist'
Especially since he cocked up the first 2 of our 3 shots at getting promoted.

I'd like to point out that Vietto's natural position is a central Striker, and Schürrle has and can play there if needs be.

Ok, so you like magician.

The question now for you is which top tier magician would agree to our recruitment policy?

I don't see why you think our recruitment set up is so outrageous? At neither of the Manc clubs, for example, is the manager given free reign over who he wants, despite the high profile nature of their managers, at United for example it seems to be a combo of Mourinho and Ed Woodward, and if you've seen the City documentary you'd see Pep doesn't just cherry pick who he likes. My optimal replacement for Slav, Ralph Hasenhüttl, as far as I was aware had very little say in transfers at RB Leipzig, instead it seemed to be solely on sporting director Ralf Rangnick and the rest of the hierarchy. I'm not saying the manager/head coach should have no say, I'm just saying our set up isn't as uncommon and absurb as you think.
