Ticket office

I take it the ticket office is closed today. That's really helpful. 

Online is farcical, and not accepting payment even when you can eventually get the seats you want.

There must be someone at the club who is responsible for the performance of the ticketing system, even if it is subcontracted. I would like to know his or her name so I can start a campaign for the individual to be sacked.



Modification - ticket office is OPEN - finally, I mean finally, phone was answered and tickets purchased. Apparently they know of the online problem. Well, why on earth does it not say on the site they cannot currently process transactions !!!

I have booked in the last week Arsenal, Burnley (including coach) & Oldham on line without any issue.  Oldham ordered yesterday & ticket has arrived in post today.

My sympathy to all those that are experiencing problems though
