Completely agree. Sess could leave now for a 'Top 6' club and risk going the same way as Patrick Roberts for example; or he could take the lead from Mitro and think what the potential could be for him if he were to stay with us for at least another season (ideally by signing a new contract rather than running the existing one down) help get us promoted and proving that he can be a real handful on the Premier League stage when he is a little bit older and wiser.
