Did anyone watch BBC1 at 2-30 and World Cup memories?  USA 3 Portugal 2. Brian McBride showing what a good player he was with a brilliantly headed goal, we got used to that didn't we. Also the great Dutch side of the 70's. Johnny Rep sounds like a contraceptive salesman.

Yes, really enjoyed the show Bog.
Couldn't believe how strong the Scotland team that beat Holland 3-2 on the day was.
Great individuals, but maybe too many ego's?

Yes Jim. A very strong side. Ally McCloud mucked them up. In the first two group games I don't think he played Souness. Nuts! What a side that Brazil were. Defence let them down, wonderful when attacking though.
