I can't see any political angle, just someone pointing out the discord between what the government tell the people to do and what it does.

I love the fact the guys celebrating, but for those of us that live there, it was a bit annoying when it had gone midnight and loads coming up Elerby Street singing, kept me awake, and I had to be up really early.
