Most of the £100M we spent in 18/19 is still in the squad.

I'd give them all a second chance minus Mawson/Fabri. Especially Zambo who has shown he's a quality player at Villareal. He played especially well under Scotty too.

General

You're right. A lot of those that are no longer here were loans.

Mitro circa 20m
Mawson circa 15m?
Fabri
Seri circa 20m
Anguissa circa 30m

Who else am I missing? MLM? Don't know how much he cost.. that's 85m not including MLM roughly.

We Are Premier League

And they are probably worth more than 80m as well, much smaller loss than I expected. Mitro, Anguissa,Bryan,Seri,Mawson still worth a few bob.

how could you forget the messiah, it was only two days ago. Bryan for 6 million
CHRIS MARTIN IS SO BAD,  WE NOW PRAISE HIM FOR MAKING A RUN.

Your seri price is way out. It's on record that he tried to sue everyone as the actual price for him was only 10 mil. Either way we wasted a lot of money on useless loans.

And Babel for 2.2mil at the time. Heres a run down of our transfer activity that summer. https://www.transfermarkt.us/fulham-fc/transfers/verein/931/plus/0?saison_id=2018&pos=&detailpos=&w_s=

They have the fee as £25m for Seri. That's not inconsistent with what was reported at the time.

The Official Account given to the Government and auditioned by KPMG, says we spent a total of £120,108,000 over the year.

While Transfermarkt only reports £103,600,000 (Seri + MLM £30.60m, Anguissa £22.37m, Mitrovic £22.23m, Mawson £15.17m, Bryan £6.03m, Fabri £5.40m,  Babel £1.80m and Markovic £0.00m) so we paid an extra £16,508,000 in transfer fees on top of what transfer market claimed. I'd love to know where we spent it probably across a few players but likely Bryan, Mawson, and Mitrovic were more expensive than we realized.

In reality the transfer fees are split into payments over several years, so that £100m, would be over 3/5 years.

I remember Leeds were still paying Mark Viduka's transfer fee years after he left. Like any other financial transaction, terms are available.

As soon as a fee is reported 'undisclosed', it becomes a pure guesstimate as to the actual figure. Clubs should be forced to report the actual fee. By hiding it, it creates a 'false transfer market'.

Didn't we pay like £20m for MLM and £5m for Seri and that's why Seri is suing Nice because he missed out on a transfer bonus?

filham

Dissagree we need to see off three players and get money in the transfer kitty for better players.
Seri - Cairney will do a better job
Anguissa -We have Onomah and Reed (hopefully)
Mawson -  Has failed us in the Championship , must go.

£90m of the expenditure shown in those accounts for 18/19 will be wages.

Most of the remainder is probably the amortisation of transfer fees (including transfers from previous seasons that were still amortizing).

But it tells you next to nothing about the total value of our transfers in that season.

Transfermarkt fees are unconfirmed but generally reliable IMO.

The figures for the Perm transfers are pretty spot on. What you 'forgot' to add is 'Loan fees' The likes of Rico and Vietto didn't join for nothing... loans cost money too.

Wages were mentioned, but Agents fees must have been hefty too. Especially MacKays and Pini Zahavi.

But as stated. Most of the £100+m spend is still on the books and now back in the PL. The chance to re-coup ad sell for no less than breakeven is much better... COYWS

I have to disagree about anguissa.
When he was here he was lazy. he had a couple of better games toward the end, when he could be bothered. But game after game, even in the ones he looked a bit more like it, he failed to put in that much effort. he was one of the worst, I would hate to see him return. I do not understand the recent love in wiyth him. Maybe he can get away with it in spoain but in englkand you have to work your socks off, he doesn't.
