Unrelated to his football ability, after the Huddersfield penalty incident, and training ground bust up, arrest and ban, he shouldn't have have been deemed fit to represent the club again.

Funny that no one outside of a small group of people on this forum seem to share that opinion. Not his teammates, not the coaches, not upper management. I guess you know much more about those incidents though, so that you can make a proper reasonable assessment.

It's a independent view based on observed and reported events.  Doesn't have to be perfect aligned to what teammates, coaches and management thought or said behind closed doors.  Although I recall Ranieri was pretty forthcoming in his own criticism at the time.

TBH if a club treated its players the way you're advocating then I wouldn't want to represent it anyway. Nothing dignified or honourable about hanging a young lad out to dry for missing a penalty.

and everyone forgets that huddsfield were all over us in that game until kamara came on and changed it. he even won the penalty himself with some great skill. he would have easily won man of the match if that went in

True, but, if a player is coming on a substitute, the onus is him, I think, to do something that says to the manager 'You can't afford not to pick me'. This evening, Kamara had a shooting opportunity 20 yards-or-so out. If he whips his shot into the top corner for the equaliser, he gives Parker that very message. But what happened? He scuffed a tame shot straight at the keeper. And, in so doing, he makes it far easier for Parker to leave him on the bench for the next game.

yes they do. but cav starts pretty much every game and really struggles to score. so for me he is the one that is in urgent need to be replaced. im happy for ak to come on at the end to do what he did against spurs, and even today he had more efforts on goal than cav

It wasn't the fact that the penalty was missed.  Of course anyone can miss a penalty.  It was the fact that he wasn't designated penalty taker and decided to put his own ego ahead of the greater good of the team, whilst ignoring the manager's instructions.  Ranieri summer it up correctly by saying 'he didn't respect  me, his team mates or the club...'

After he realises they're clearly  not good enough. Look we all want the best for Fulham. I don't want petty quarrels with fellow fans.  I'm just fed up how he left SP with just 1 decent centre forward after the transfer window.  I'm sure I'm not alone!

Kamara is not as bad as people think, but perhaps not ready for this level yet. For one reason or the other, he never got consistent playing time the 3,5 years he's been with us. If we bring a new striker in, I think we should loan Kamara out to a Championship club so that he can get some playing time as he will only get very limited minutes with us the rest of the season.
