I've always been of the mindset of give Scott a chance; he's still learning; who is there to replace him? Etc.

But now I think is the time to concede and accept I'm wrong. Let him take the team down (no point unsettling everyone before the end of the season) then get shot.
Get someone else in. Who? I don't know. But its painful to watch.
