Keep as many players as possible at the club for as long as possible, so players can get to know each other and a group of players becomes a cohesive team over two or three seasons. Play the same team as this season would guarantee promotion in the Championship, and it's decent preparation for the Premier League too. Most importantly, trying to keep the team as similar as possible is a plan our DOF can execute well, as it's mostly about paying players enough money.

So are you say we will keep all the loan players next season in the Championship?
How's that going to happen them?

But if you mean those on a contract that include the players that failed to perform to the desired level and those that couldn't get in the team you're deluded!

Every player in the squad performed at a certain level. For example, MLM has performed well on loan to justify his spot as our 5th centre back, Betts performed well enough to be our 2nd GK, Knockart performed well enough to be our 2nd right winger, and even KMac might be useful as our 7th midfielder (provided he's prepared to be paid that low). I doubt we can sell those players for much so we keep them.

:plus one: Exactly this, no need to buy any squad players. Keep most of the squad adjust add a handful of good players (CM, ACM, RW, SC etc.)

By keeping these players in the squad without playing them will financially cripple us better to loan out and sign If possible players out of contract who could do a better job and we might get them on cheaper wages then those failures. But giving kamara a bigger and longer contract that is a big problem. The others let their contracts run out while they are out on loan and don't make damaging mistakes again.Even though this is Tony's stupid way to run a business on kamara a case he asked Scott's advice and said he deserved a better contract, unfortunately Scott hasn't realised he's working for Fulham now safeguarding our future not players wages perhaps it's like his coaching he can't change from defence to attack, from overpriced failures to better and not overpriced players that we get a transfer return which would a big surprise.

The OP didn't fail but Howe is a failure.
Howe is a failure? Kept B'mth up through seasons! Parker hasn't kept Fulham up at all.

SP is going to need super man management skills to integrate the loan players like Johansen back in to the team. Some players eg Tosin currently 1st team will be ok but the psychology of others returning won't be good will it?
Guy goes into the doctor's.
"Doc, I've got a cricket ball stuck up my backside
"How's that?"
"Don't you start"

Kamara £18k per week and Kebano on £15k per week aren't going to break the bank, compared to either the cost of Areola on £147k per week or the cost of Josh Maja £55k per week including his transfer fee of £5m over two seasons.

You mention the psychology of the players returning. I think SP was hit with the players psychology hammer as his stint started. I think it was to do with the experience of the Premier League debacle and the season of three managers. Some people are throwing names out there for the SP job but equally some recognise what a massive and almost unprecedented task he has......... again.
