We Are Premier League

Announcement of a series of early transfers

Lighthouse

It's an old parchment that describes the new rules for lines people.

They no longer need to flag for any offence until it makes a difference to what finally happens. Hence they no longer flag for offsides until three hours later when a goal is scored. They will no longer flag for a throw in unless a goal results and they no longer give Fulham any decision as it is known they will never benefit from any decision.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.
