Mawson looking like he is off the Birmingham, they have offered him a 3.5 year deal! He'd be silly not to take that tbh out
Hope you get more respect this window WSW. I for one am grateful for all your efforts.

Thank you, I can't take the credit for this one, but he is one of 4 that we want gone this window. We have agreed a deal for 1 player, it's done and all agreed. However, we need to shift Atleast 1 player before we can complete it.

It's Yokuslu

"We have agreed a deal for 1 player, it's done and all agreed. However, we need to shift Atleast 1 player before we can complete it."

Interesting re Mawson.

Do you happen to know, please, whether the need to move Mawson or someone else on before we sign a new player is because of FFP or spending limits determined by the owner as part of his strategy for us to be as self-financing as possible?

Why would a selling club agree to a situation like that ?
What if we can't sell a player ?
More to the point why would the player agree to that situation?
Makes no sense.

Well there's no other clubs in for him, obviously until he's signed for us other clubs can still sign for other clubs if they hijack the bid . The club have made it clear to the player they really want him to join, but just have to move some players on first. The player wants the move to Fulham too.

It's more FFP so we can bring players in this window.

They stole it from a proper journo at PA Media, who has an unfortunate name of Nick Mashiter

Are we getting a fee for him?

Somerset Fulham

Looks like we're willing to let him go for free, but happy to keep him if he can't agree a deal.

He's a strange, Mawson. At the start of every season he looks as though he could be The One, yet he always ends up fading into obscurity.

Maybe he's on high wages? How long does he have left on his contract?

He's reportedly on 40k a week, and is out of contract at the end of the season

An earlier post said that we had given a firm no to ha has when they expressed interest in Mawson, why then would we allow him to move to Birmingham.

I was thinking maybe loan, but we have to cancel a loan/make one permanent before agreeing another (not sure about the loan rule)

Fulham won't send him to QPR as the club class then as a promotion rival, also QPR didn't want to pay much of his of Hector's huge wages

LC

Gareth Bale available for a 6 month loan, wants game time for the World Cup. Read something on sky sports that he might play in the Championship. It would make sense for him to play for Swansea or Cardiff.

Terry Ablade has signed a pro deal and has gone on loan to AFC Wimbledon until the end of the season. On the offal. Excellent move for him Imo
