Thursday marks the 60th anniversary of my first Fulham game. It was a FA cup game against Walsall which we drew 2-2. A few ups and downs since but I wouldn't swop for any other club. COYWs

Brilliant achievement Keefy, that's real commitment.

Forever Fulham.

I was at that game too, though not my first, I'm pretty sure - was that when we went onto the semi- final v Burnley?
Did we also play Port Vale and Macclesfield (?), or am I thinking of another cup run?

Congratulations anyway.

Mine is 60 years on April 23rd. We seem to have suffered an almost identical amount!

My memory re past matches is shot . I been going since 1958 but cannot remember the first game I went to.well done buddy 60 years a mile stone
1975 just leaving home full of hope

Well done Keefy, you in the over Sixty year club, trying to think if I was there but was at  next round Port Vale cup game, when fullback Jim Langley scored only goal a penalty.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=regOagwenVg&ab_channel=BritishPath%C3%A9

I honestly can't remember the season must have been around 1948, remember players like Ted Hinton in goal, Ernie Shepherd on the left wing,  and others.

Dodgin

74 years Filham that is some feat. my first game was same year but Dad took me to QPR v Barnsley in September 48 the old second division. Took a while before I broke ranks.

That was the  season we went onto the semi-final v Burnley, and the lads put on a heroic performance, but were denied a last minute pen for a foul by the Burnley keeper on Maurice Cook and we sadly lost the replay.

I went to all the home ties, Hartlepool, Walsall, Port Vale, and Blackburn, though don't remember much about them, but was sick that I couldn't attend the semi-final, my parents wouldn't let me go on my own, but this was the Fulham team of my early heroes, and it's great to see them in action again

Great footage, thanks.

I was at the game, and all the home games in the run to the semi- final - well, I think  we were drawn at home  for every round, but had a couple of replays, but don't remember too much about it.

blingo

another two years for Blingo to reach that milestone. Top man Keefy . :54: :54: :54:

With comments like these, why support any other team.....as they say there's only one F in Fulham

As with others I cannot recall the first game but mine was in 1953. I wish my father had made a note. Through thin and thinner which makes these present times so enjoyable. 049:gif

My introduction to real heartache was the semifinal reply loss to United in 1958 live on TV. FFC forever.  092.gif

Congratultions Keefy for choosing us. I was at that game, drew 2-2 and won the replay 2-0.

I think my memory is fading because as I remember the pecking order in  was clear cut at the time with Chelsea 1st Division, Fulham 2nd Division and QPR 3rd Division.
So pleased that you made the move from Loftus Road to the Cottage.
