If you're talking a foreign cuisine to eat in the UK- 1.Nepalese  2. Moroccan
If you're talking about eating a national cuisine in the country it's from - 1.Mexican. 2. Italian

Yak Yeti Yak in Bath is amazing if you're ever there

Dr Know

Indian, had a indian landlord years ago and used to be given freshly cooked curry's when I was doing work for them with home cooked nans.

The Rijsttafel a particular favourite

Italian Cuisine for me, all day long. Although i love a Cornish pastie and English fish and chips, and a good well done fillet steak with English mustard.

As for Indian curries etc and Asian grub, i chuck them all straight down the toilet, it cuts out the middle man.

My dad, a hunter, games keeper and small scale Turkey farmer is a well done steak guy. Says things like 'I don't want my dinner running around the plate'. I refuse to take him to good steak restaurants in London as a result. Well doing say, a filet is just a waste of money.
