Transit/Tube Strike August 18-20?

Question - I'll be coming in Friday night for Brentford and was going to go out in central London, then take the tube to Putney Saturday and thankfully staying at that Premier Inn on Fulham High St. across from the church the Saturday night.

Should I really be bothered? Can I just get an Uber or taxi? Does the Heathrow express run? On Sunday morning, will everything run as normal? 

If it's best I go straight to the Lion I can do that. If anyone in and around SW6 is up for going out I'll be up for it.
