Julie Christie in Billy Liar. She was only on screen for 17 minutes, and much of it was distant shots of her walking though a city shopping area, but I fell in love with her on the spot. I'm not sure I've ever gotten over her.

Cant imagine a better film debut for a young actor than Tom Burlinson in The Man From Snowy River.  He takes my breath away.

That is such a good film. Beautiful sound track as well. It says "introducing" Michael Caine.
Damn that is one good movie....very rarely shown in the states unfortunately.
