I really like the layout on desktop, but I find it horribly laggy on Chrome mobile. Is there an app or something I'm supposed to use instead now?

Edit: nevermind, it's fine if I force desktop view. Mobile optimised indeed!

 Very clear and easy to read,but just a little too bright.
 Perhaps a darker colour  rather than the pale blue/grey.
 
This still remains the ONLY FFC site worth reading every day.
