Is it Wigan ?  :dead horse:

The land around it is to 'raw' for Wigan that's defo Brigtons new ground. I remember watching the news and it was going smack bang in the middle of a field somewhere off the brighton road.

They will need to play a pre-season friendly in order to get a license.  Hope they choose Fulham FC

The stadium will be served by Falmer railway station which is a nine-minute journey from Brighton railway station. Brighton and Hove Bus Company currently operate a number of buses to and from the stadium site, running to Brighton Marina, Hove, Mile Oak, Whitehawk and Woodingdean.

It's just off the A27 and not very far from the big roundabout at the end of the M23 that marks (for me at least) that you've arrived at the outskirts of Brighton.

I drive past it on the way to my Dad's and it's coming on well.

Definitely fancy a friendly down there.

Problem is, Rovers look like going down this season.

Way to go Brighton. I live near there and the lovely Countryside has been blotted by a steaming pile of Seagulls Stadium.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

I think it is Brighton.

What did I win? WHAT DID I WIN?

My Brighton-supporting friend is VERY excited at the prospect of going there.  Looks like it'll be a Championship ground too - well deserved.
