Worldwide fuel prices will go up 20-30% , that means supermarket prices , imports and airline tickets going up . All because a giant Orange Blob doesn't want anyone to talk about the Epstein Files
If it wasn't for the medication I,d be chewing on your skin

Probably right, but...

The decision to attack Iran may have been wrong, and its important to not ignore the files, but it would be careless if he or any other president dropped the other responsibilities.

It's Darwinism. If these people want to spend their time panic buying petrol queueing up for God knows how long leave then to it.

It reminds me of COVID. Always easy to identify those hard of thinking back then too.

Do we need to stock up on toilet rolls? Or more importantly does the club need to make sure it has got enough toilet rolls......?

So, you're just kindly spreading panic?

It's all quite blissfully ignorant in my house  :cheesy:

There will always be a black market though. Get your toilet rolls from an oik at the Hammy End!

FFC007

I filled up on Sunday before all this lot kicked off..

Past experience says whenever oil is mentioned with blockades and Trump... it's a dash to the fuel garage!

You have extremely cheap petrol down your way! The cheapest I've seen round here (Windsor/Eton) over the past few months is between £1.31 and £1.34/litre.

I went to a different garage today and paid £1.39/litre. It always tends to be a bit pricier than some of the others, but I do think they've put their prices up a couple of pence since the war kicked off.

No sign of panic buying though - it's posts like this that can trigger that!  ::tongue::

It's been £1:27 here in Eastbourne for about 6 weeks...today £1:29.... we've got Esso, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Sainsburys, Gulf,Shell all within a mile of each other... I'm assuming competitive pricing

Logicalman

The US is also being hit, though the low price per gallon to start with lowers the overall impact, with average State prices between $2.98 and $3.25, that about a 16 cents (~about 12 pence), so generally in the same ball park as increases in the UK.
Logical is just in the name - don't expect it has anything to do with my thought process, because I AM the man who sold the world.

They should not be allowed to increase prices on current stock they are holding.
