Just to chip in on the Mitro to Man U rumours because I want to be the one to coin the phrase "Reverse-Berba" for the rare instances where Fulham get the best years of an excellent player's career and it's large clubs who potentially have to deal with the fading of the light.

Plenty of instances where we get the worst end of it.

Don't forget Robinson was all set to move abroad (AC Milan) before health issues stopped that.

My feeling is a) He may still fancy the idea of playing abroad and why not.
              b) He is a respectful, intelligent chap who will not make a big song and dance about moving on but is ambitious enough to test himself at a higher level if the opportunity is there.
              c) At almost 28 now is the time to make a move and maximize his earning & performance potential.

If the right interest comes in I reckon he will leave.

I like this, but Reverse-Best might be more accurate, as Mitro would have had a club in between.

Big fan of both full backs. With Tete I am leaning towards now might be the time to get replacement on the basis we might have seen the best of him and injury record is not great. Robinson probably the best left back in this league and why would you sell? It might be that to maximise profit you sell him this window could be the thinking? We seem to have this sell your best player scenario the last few years and it would not surprise me Robinson follows suit.

To get a replacement for Tete would cost a tidy sum. Improving his contract would be relatively marginal in comparison. We need to spend our money on other positions

Would we need a replacement? We have Castange, surely he is more than adequate now he has had his surgery, we would need a back up for him.

Good point Alfie - I just think Tete is the better full back - and whilst Castagne is good enough as a replacement a decent back up would surely cost a few million.

Usually don't tag people with this sort of thing but sadly in this case he really is made of glass. Terrible injury record and unlikely to be the same again. On a pay as you play/are fit enough for the squad seal, maybe. But better use of our money and wages

So was ESR and he's okay this season, fitness wise (obviously still need another season to get back to full fitness).
