Re:DM. Nelson was rumoured before, by Ornstein. He also said that McTominay and before that Moise Kean were done deals and that didn't happen obviously.

He got enough things completely wrong to make me feel like he isn't really ITK. That being said, I have no problems whatsoever with him posting here, as there seems to be enough people who like his posts. I personally usually ignore them completely.

F(f)CUK

The last thing anyone really needs is someone ITK revealing the players that we are going for.

Somerset Fulham

This is exactly this kind of thing that drives good people such as WSW away.

Read people's posts or don't read people's posts - believe them or don't believe them but this constant questioning of other members isn't healthy.

This isn't aimed at anybody in particular by the way.

Hey, appreciate you pointing out the mistakes.
This is partially why I'm not being as gung ho with info this summer, I'm the first to admit I can get carried away when given info however I don't think I've ever claimed to be ITK I just get some info and pass it on.  ::smile::

Which is fair enough.
IMO if your info is made up it just adds to the nonsense posted here but if it's genuine I take it for what it is and see what occurs.
No reason to bitch about it!

If I post on this forum in any other thread, I do so on the understanding that any other member can openly disagree with me and question the content of my post.

I've yet to read a convincing argument as to why this thread should be exempt from that.

Anyone who posts along the lines of: 'I know something about a transfer but I'm not going to tell you what it is' (which, when distilled, has been the essence of some of DM's recent posts) can expect to be told not to bother. It's school playground stuff. For every Irish Mike and Twig who does respond, there are others - possibly many others - like me, who think the same but do not say so. Except, now I have. (And I say this as someone who, every time I see someone claim WSW was 'driven away', can still recall a number of his posts that turned out to be pure fantasy - but I never said this at the time either.)

That all sounds fair enough to me.  To be clear, I've absolutely nothing against DM or his vague or ambiguous insider information as long as we just take it as all part of the fun. I think we all know that genuine ITK posts on here are about as rare as hens' teeth, the rest is all just a bit of flim flam which fills pages until FFC finally remove their digits and make one or two real signings.

::thumb:: Is Flim-flam a winger or AM?...
Where did you hear about this?  Hope he's under 32...

We sit around constantly checking this feed for transfer gossip that's made up in some other part of the internet somewhere and then bitch off to someone that is directly feeding us gossip, that level of delusional toxic hypocrisy is better left with the goons on arsenal fan tv, at the end of the day what'll be will be I've heard we're 90 % sure to sign yamal- come at me

Hilarious!  Lots here getting their panties all up in a twist over nothing.  It's a "silly" thread, anything goes, really.  ITK or pure speculation or pure fabrication, who cares?  No reason to argue.  Just observe and move on if you disagree with a post, no need to whine or argue.  Just take it all for what it is......

Quote from: Tabby on July 12, 2025, 03:23:59 PMWe are among the clubs interested in signing Rav van den Berg from Middlesborough according to this, first I've heard of it.

Yes rumours wise, its when the same people start talking about players who are already here, their best positions and so on.
ITS A TRANSFER RUMOUR TOPIC.

"Stuttgart, Wolfsburg and Werder Bremen are chasing Middlesbrough defender Rav van den Berg.

The 21-year-old has developed well in the Championship and has more than 60 appearances to his name, including 27 last season.

A centre-back like his brother Sepp, the Dutchman has also been tracked by his brother's club Brentford and Fulham among others in the Premier League.

However, it is clubs in the Bundesliga who are showing the most interest at this time."

I wonder what the odds are of us making no signings before the end of July?

Could be a decent return on a wager.  ::wink::

The ITK lot that run feeds pretending they know anything about transfer's clearly have not got a clue. Fulham are excellent at keeping it very quiet. Behind the scenes info, have a day off.
