I just don't think he's the only player out there who can run fast, and it's not justification enough to keep him if we can get good money for him, especially given we're signing other, younger wingers and he's going to be out of contract next year.

He's not the only player who can run fast, he's the one player that can run faster than everyone else. Again, when was the last time you've seen anyone beat him for pace? Iwobi and Wilson get beat relatively often. Adama is great at both short sprints and log runs, always come out on top.

And that isn't his only asset. As I said, he's the best crosser of the ball in the team. Look no furhter than our last game against Chelsea, he put a superb cross in, but Raul's finish was poor. 

He also regularly contributes to goals, and his assist number last season was excellent.

I would disagree on the goals point as he has six in his last three seasons in the Prem.

I think he looked quite decent against Brighton. When he was moved to the right side, he offered more in the short period of time than either one of Iwobi or Wilson did in the entire match. Got the assist in the cup (yes maybe he didn't play extremely well, but I think he did okay in that match prior to us moving to a back 5 and him playing as a wingback). Didn't get on the field against Manchester United. Against Chelsea, everyone looked poor in the second half(and understandably so), but I thought he was our most dangerous player. Put 2 excellent crosses in, one of which Raul should have done much more with.

I struggle to believe that Traore has one-of-a-kind skills which somehow make him irreplaceable.

His speed for starters. By far the fastest player in the league. Someone like Chukwueze or George is fast, but nowhere near Traore. His crossing is probably the best in the squad too.

The best stat is that Leno is the slowest player in the league, and his fastest sprint is not fast enough to be regarded as a sprint!

Its getting harder to keep up but its looks we have active inquires for both a defensive midfielder and a central midfielder in both Eredivisie and Bundesliga , and left back/left wing back in both La Liga and Belgian Pro League

The fee isn't the alleged issue, wages are. Fee has been agreed for like 48 hours

How do you know For sure the dilly dallying was all on us?? Sporting also went in with a bid early in the summer apparently. Were they also dilly dallying but their dilly dally worked out better than ours? Was Kevin always favouring a move to sporting and so dragged it out?

Did his reps know sporting were considering a bid and so trying to f around with the wage fees and drag it out?

You don't know and I don't know.

So let's just see how it plays out ay .

As I said its getting harder to keep up , its likely now are getting rehashed reports of earlier inquiries, no point posting links , I,m just using it as a general guide only
