Looks like he is the one

Nero

Rather Arboloa, looks like going for the cheap option and less experienced as a manager

JimmyConway

The only reason you would take him on is you are not looking to change much of the personnel. Let's be fair it would be quite underwhelming. Perhaps the owners should take note when they last employed someone who had links to Fulham previously? It tends to often end up in tears?
The new manager should have been wrapped up and announced after Newcastle game at the latest. Let's say it was someone managing at the World Cup? They could have continued managing a country and everyone knew where they stood with no distractions.

roberto w6

As said already, totally underwhelming

So unambitious

South Coast White

That would be the cherry on the cake as evidence of the owners lack of commitment.

Maybe someone in World Cup doesn't want to discuss until over or out.

Yes can see that view.

Noticed that too.

I wonder if Pochettino is still in consideration and we're waiting for the world cup to be over?

I hope so.

A world cup for the US as US manager with current crop is something to treasure, and it probably doesn't get much better, but once they're out perhaps he'll be thinking of what next..?

Perhaps the khan's have already had a chat about it when Poch came to the cottage at the end of the season..

Jedi, Ream.. perhaps Pepi..

Fulham is apparently the team Poch is a fan of, and we've strong USA links.

Perhaps I'm being too optimistic but..

the op is the same person on Tiff, never seen him break a story and I can't remember the last time I read a breaking story on there.

Fulham can only get Pochettino by increasing the budget for the manager and thereby slashing the budget for the players by the same amount (as we our at our maximum budget). If there no budget left for another striker (as Muniz will get injured) and some forwards on the bench (in addition to the starters Bobb and Kevin), then even Pochettino will get us relegated. We might be able to convince Poch to come and pay his wages, but he'll want more players than we can afford.

Thailand Mick

Pochettino is reportedly earning $6m as USA boss, that's only slightly more than Silva was on.

KentFulham

That appointment shows that TK/SK have no ambition for the club, what a shocker

sunburywhite

The longer this drags on, the more I think it is going to be a World Cup manager. Poch would presumably be the favourite

We keep bidding for players as well, so either someone is saying who he wants or the club are getting who they fancy
Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me

Fulham 1879

Still people with delusions of grandeur: Poch is never coming to Fulham and has far bigger fish to fry if he wants a new challenge.
