With regards to the Jordan Henderson swap for Dempsey, I really hope we didnt actually consider this! We may as well just bend over for Liverpool and say thanks if that deal somehow went through.

Just saw this on BBc transfer feed:

BBC Monitoring reports: "Iran's state news agency IRNA reports that Iranian international winger Ashkan Dejagah's proposed transfer to Fulham from German club Wolfsburg could still go ahead despite the player injuring a hamstring in training. 'Dejagah's upper right thigh injury which he suffered in training on Wednesday, is not expected to be a major obstacle in the deal', IRNA said."

10 minutes to go if he wants to play tomorrow. Let's see what happens.

Clubs don't officially, nor have any obligation, to announce anything. All they have to do is submit the players registration to the FA before noon.

Unfortunately it is being reported that he is Levy's 'Plan B' midfield signing at spurs
We could promise him 1st team football, at Tottenham he'd be 3rd/4th choice.

Typical spurs.. Greedy beggars.

First they sign Gylfi and Dembele and now they want Sissoko as well.

With all these signings you would think they were in the Champions league  :59:

Ah apologies got my facts wrong. Hopefully that was all sorted by us then before noon.

Not sure where they are getting this information from though!

I don't understand our obsession with this guy - we've been linked with him and apparently interested in him for years but he's no good. Played for Dnipro against us when we beat in the Europa League qualifiers and hardly made an impact. Hope this move doesn't go ahead.

Fulham have offer accepted by Dnipro for Derek Boateng

Source? Would love to see this happen!

I do so hope so.

He was my realistic but classy acquisition. He will slip right in to the Dembele slot. Big, strong, reads the game well and can pick a pass.

I did not want to lose Dembele but if we get Boateng and Berbatov then we will have a better squad than last year.

And we will still be in the black on transfers.

He was one of the best players on the pitch that night!

Would love this to happen, solid midfielder; another coup for the club.

I agree with you, seems like a panic buy to me.

This guy would be a quality signing but unfortunately I can't see it happening

It´s not a "panic buy". It is a very clever move to leave some big signings to the last minute. It makes it harder for other clubs to make a counter bid & arrange medicals etc on the last day.
Also Dembele´s departure was not certain until a couple of days ago. There was no point going for a replacement until it was certain he was going.

I remember him as dominating their play at Craven Cottage and as probably being the best player on the pitch. Strange.

Siberia or London?  I bet the guys running for the plane.  How much are we paying for him?

Sky Sports understands Fulham are hoping to push through a deal for Ghana international Derek Boateng on deadline day after agreeing terms with Dnipro.

The 29-year-old midfielder has long been linked with a move to England, and both Fulham and West Brom have been looking to secure his signature.

Now Sky Sports understands Fulham have agreed terms with Dnipro over a permanent deal for Boateng.

The player is now set to undergo a medical ahead of completing his move, whilst Fulham are already believed to have filed a work-permit application
