Oh man on SSN right now there's some chubby white kid in a suit and tie trying to elbow into the shot behind Jenas at QPR.... and now they've locked the door on him and he can't get inside, trapping him outside with the pubescent supporters... Excellent. Watching QPR go down is going to be great.

Whatever you want to say about them they are entertaining.

Maksimovic might be off now over a work permit.

Also; "Ajax's Eyong Enoh set to be #FFC's next - and most probably last - transfer day signing. Confirmation looks imminent" - from Simon Peach,

Looks like Enoh will be our final signing.

Would've liked to have seen another striker as well

West Bromwich Albion statement: "Albion have moved to clarify developments regarding Peter Odemwingie after the striker was filmed a short while ago arriving at Loftus Road.

"The club can confirm they have held further discussions with QPR today but those talks have so far proven fruitless and no agreement has been reached.

"Albion would also like to make clear that Peter has not been given permission to speak to QPR about a potential move."

This one is getting messy... Odemwingie has burnt his WBA bridge.

apparently he has turned up at QPR unannounced...

also Jenas is there but locked out...

From BBC Sport's David Ornstein:

"Arsenal are set to complete the signing of Malaga left-back Nacho Monreal.

"The clubs have agreed fee in the region of 10m euros (£8.3m).

"The 26-year-old Spain international will now discuss personal terms and undergo a medical.

"Arsenal had been monitoring Monreal for some time but decided to make their move after Kieran Gibbs suffered a thigh strain in Wednesday's 2-2 draw with Liverpool."

Diame's buy-out clause met. Mystery PL club.

Yea, Odemwingie is at West Brom, sayin hes excited to be at Qpr , how great Redknapp is etc, then WBA go on Twitter to say theres no permission given to QPR to talk to him

Kasami deal has fallen through, according to the BBC:

We've all probably had some internet issues in the past. It can be annoying. But this is a gem...

European writer James Horncastle reports: "Football agent Mino Raiola is known as the pizza man in some circles because of his past as a restauranteur. He almost always delivers and certainly has done in this window brokering Mario Balotelli's move from Man City to AC Milan. But things don't go his way all the time. He claims the transfer of his client Pajtim Kasami from Fulham to Pescara was scuppered this evening because the wifi at the ATA Hotel in Milan where all of Italy's deadline day deals are done tripped out. Raiola was seen in a fit of rage. "There wasn't a [wifi] connection, can I not say that?" he said. The rest of his outburst is, shall we say, unprintable.

wonder who's met Diame's release clause? Could see them in a lot of trouble without him

5 live announcing that Fulham will make one more signing before 11 o'clock. Talking about N'gog, but I hope it isn't.

It would be nice for Diame to meet up again with Sidwell & Karagounis

either him or the young lad who was struggling for a work permit would be my guess.

AVFC's mystery loan target with MLS experience may be Simon Dawkins (under contract to Spurs, been on loan with San Jose the last two years).

Enter the Frei

it's Eyong Enoh going to be confirmed within the next hour barring a problem with the medical. Another player who enjoyed his best football under Jol and has since lost his way.

BBC have confirmed that #Fulham's 3rd signing today is set to be Eyong #Enoh rather than Bafetimbi #Gomis as some reports suggested.
