Pure fabrication, there is no way the club would do this. They would offer a non-promotion release clause at a low value but they simply wouldn't do it.

absolutely agree. even if it was a clause to say we will recoup half our outlay. we wouldnt offer that kind of contract. i dont believe it for a moment. its a shame as it makes me sceptical about the Rui Fonte deal as well...

The Kamara deal and Fonte rumour are good!
Now we got Kamara in (and Fonte hopefully), we got the upper hand when it comes Transfer deadline dat and the Rolan deal & Aluko rumours.

If Rolan now wants to come we can accept on the condition that we sell Aluko for good money or the other way around. (Kamara could play in his position am I right) Suitors to Aluko will be told to cough up £15M and only in case we get Rolan over the line.

Happy days!

ps. Not saying that Kamara is better or that selling Aluko is a good deal, but if a £10M+ offer comes at least we got back up, rather than losing him on the last day of this window)
