077.gif 098.gif Can't wait. This is definitely the perfect thing to do for the club :HD:

Oakeshott

Fantastic. If he can get planning permission MAF will be leaving a marvellous legacy which hopefully be the Club's home after he, and the rest of us, have long gone.

When MAF first bought the Club, I was suspicious as we'd been damaged in the hands of rich owners previously. But what a hero. The new stand MUST be named after him.

I like.  I like very much.

Also massively impressed!

What time you in Swansea again??

The Doctor

Get in at 10.45.  Will drop you a line when I'm en route.

Slightly peeved at work...I've just spent three days in South Wales doing some surveying!  The weather yesterday as we finished was pure filth - hope it's better tomorrow!

Airfix

Blimey!  Now THAT is bloomin' LOVELY!

psand22

Looking great...let's hope everything goes as planned.

Looks great. I might even take the tour one day when built.

It butts into the river? What will the sailors and rowers say about that?

MrWhite

anyone have any idear how far down the approval process we are?

Looks fantastic.

I want it and I want it now.

The architect has done an excellent job. It would be difficult to object to it on aesthetic grounds. It's obviously a considerable improvement on the existing job - which looks like an elongated mobile home from the river. It fits in well with the existing natural environment. It adds to public utility. And it avoids looking like a gasworks or a concentration camp, which is often the case with modern stadia.

Only snag is it looks a bit like Abramovich has put his yacht (the big one) in the wrong parking space.

CincyFulham1

what is the space between the upper and lower tier?  Media and luxury boxes?

I have been at our office in Cefn Coed for the last two days and had to come back tonight to babysit whilst the missus is at her xmas do.

I think I cocked this up somewhere along the way.
