I have always been a fan of Bettinelli, and on current form he is the best in the league ...... That being said It was still absolutely crazy to sell Stockdale and replace him with Kiraly.

Did Stockdale and Hughes get a good reaction from our fans?

Betinelli has deffinetly proven to me that he is worth nr1 spot, and he will be an even more outstanding keeper in the future when he has got more experience and age :)

I agree. I'd have betts over schwarzer now..... Joronen will be good but why Magath picked him over betts is beyond me.

Both got a fantastic reception from the away end. Darren Bent on the other hand got both barrels. His reaction to the Fulham fans after his goal nearly sparked a riot. He got reminded of the final score though as he crept off.

Stockdale and Hughes both got great reactions. The Lump got hurled abuse, and that was fantastic.

I voted for Stockdale because when I clicked on the thread I was immediately bitter that we sold him in the first place.

In reality though, I think I'd take Betts.

Just has to be Schwarzer, so reliable for so long and he has to be among our best all time keepers with Van De Sar  and Macedo.

Do you mean as of now or at their peak? I answered Schwarzer as I presumed you meant the Schwarzer of 5 or 6 years ago but would definitely go for Bettinelli against a 42 year old Schwarzer (has he retired or is he still at Chelsea?).

Two years ago in January, we aledgedly had the chance to get Jack Butland for
£3k, but instead pursued Steck, who, s deal fell through.
So although Betts is doing ok, I would go for Buckland if he became available (has been on loan at Derby).
