33 degree and very humid here in Khao Lak, Thailand. Just had a swim in the Andaman Sea now waiting for the Christmas celebrations to begin later. Happy Hour at the poolside bar is from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Happy Days.

Remotest ground following Fulham was Leigh RMI the night replay after we were held 1-1 at the cottage,Fa cup 1998 season a hardy few were there as usual it was dark and foggy and a bloody long way to go

Haha I remember that. I was only 10! Does that make you feel old Epsom?  I'm sure I watched the replay on the TV and I definitely went to the home game. For some reason I can still remember what their keeper looked like.

Didn't Kevin Keegan praise their keeper for playing out of his skin at the Cottage? And from what I remember he did like a few pies!

Just picked up the turkey from the butchers and as I was walking out some bloke said "you've got a big bird there mate" which I thought was a bit harsh as the wife has lost a lot of weight this year!!

Simple question to keep the mood going.. Where is the most obscure (professional) football ground you have ever been to.

Mine would either be Boston United ( when they were in league 2), Basel, Or East Fife.

In 196something in Cannes in the south of france where I saw the chelsea juniors play in a quasi international junior tournament. it was awful.. i hated watching chelsea and i would have preferred to be doing anything else but i was being taken as a guest so had to oblige!

Ground would have to be Eastleigh FC's before they were in the conference, watched them play Southampton in a pre season friendly.

The goalkeeper for Eastleigh reminded me of the pictures I had seen of "fatty" foulks in terms of his girth. They were the level below conference south at that time, so semi pro.

It's gone now. I now have a banging knee-ache after stacking on the ice rink at Hampton Court over the weekend.

The dannyboi household has had a lovely day full of love and harmony but I'm about to get the trivial pursuit out............ cue the start of world war 3......... Mrs dannyboi gets very competitive and is heavily pregnant. This could get ugly
