Gayle would literally be the best thing we could ask for, the guy will never be a world beater but he has an eye for good and pace, a better Beckford

Gayle would be a fantastic signing.

Andy Lonergan who was previously mentioned, though...not so sure! Was good for PNE 10 years ago!

westcliff white

Lonegran would be a back up keeper for definite, strange how Bolton getting rid of their number one and two keepers. Bond an to Liverpool apparently as back upto mignolet and lonegran to whoever
Every day is a Fulham day

Lighthouse

Not sure where the Gayle rumour comes from? Lonergran as replacement for Kiraly has been around for a while and looks to be a possible.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

Adel Taarabt has been released by the Hahas. Such a waste of talent. Similar situation to Collins John.

Maybe, but he's had the last laugh with a five year contract at Benfica

WestCountryWhite

I hear sepp blater is on the phone to taarabts agent seeing if he will represent him.
Unbelievable that he has got a five year deal at a huge clubs, bags of talent but a head full of nails!

Manure have lashed out another £31 mil & they will still not win anything. How can a club with so much debt be able to spend such sums. I know their income is vast but this is just not right.

They generate massive amounts from sponsorship etc that's how. Chevrolet and Aon pay huge amounts for having their names on the first team and training kits. Plus the Adidas deal is worth even more per season

Last season Fulham wanted nearly £200k just to sponsor them in a very limited capacity. Season before that they wanted £650K.

I doubt there are many clubs with the number of sponsorships they have, their income is incredible and as long as they spend within the limits put on them I don't see any issue with it.

Would like to see Symons dip in to the Wales squad & pick up Chris Gunter & David Cotterill

Just seems links of Orlando Sa being on the radar of Reading. Did we really give this guy a chance? He played a few games. Scored on good goal against Norwich, and possibly knocked us out of the Europa League but his record since he has left isn't too bad: 18 goals or something.

Never forgive for the Europa exit. We were on the brink!

@TFS_Fulham: Turkish reports suggest that Fenerbahce and Fulham are discussing a swap deal for Mitroglou and Emenike. #FFC... http://t.co/hFW63dRZyM

I know this rumour has been about for a little while now, but Emenike was getting £16m links to Chelsea just a few weeks ago!?

I wouldn't claim to be an expert on the Turkish league or Nigerian footballers, but Emenike is really highly rated. He's spoken about wanting to play in England, but he seems more Southhampton, Everton, Spurs level, not ours.. Still, if Rigg can pull this one off he'll have exceeded even this board's high expectations of him.

If you've ever been  to a Turkish game you'll realise that this will not have been a bit of moaning from the enclosure. He probably had threats to have his throat cut along with the gesture, very common at Turkish matches. I've been to Galatasaray when they turn on their own team and its bloody incredible.

Well, he would certainly be a challenge!
Have a read of his Wikipedia entry.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmanuel_Emenike
Reads like the outline for a movie script (Idris Alba to star). Even if there were some element of truth in half of it he would represent the kind of risk we might not want to take.
Be interesting, though.

He torched us. Fact. He'd be great, but what we really need is defenders that can handle a player of that quality.
