REAM DEAL FOR FULHAM

Fulham have made a successful last-ditch bid to sign Bolton's Tim Ream, according to the Bolton News.

QPR thought they had the deal wrapped up after having a £1.75m bid accepted but Fulham are in talks with Ream's representative over a deal.

Just read whole 16 page thread and it was all started by an unsubstantiated rumour, that the poster is now a bit sheepish about, and someone has confirmed he is definitely on the bus and currently in the squad.

I suppose we'll only find out when the teams are announced, but my gut feeling is that he'll play, but we could still sign him by 31st August. He'd better not score that's all...

Actually the seemingly respected poster on the Brighton site who initially poo pooed the rumour by saying he was 100% sure he was playing, and was on the bus, is now not so sure about the playing bit - which has spooked the rest of the board. Could be an interesting day tomorrow...

I believe part of that was waiving a sell on fee that Bristol City had for Yannick Bolasie. 15% I believe, so should Bolasie leave for the £25m Pardew continues to quote, that's £3.75m that could go to Bristol City. You could say that they met in the middle to agree a deal for Dwight Gayle.

I can confirm that #USMNT's Tim Ream has made a U-turn, highly likely to now sign for @FulhamFC instead of #QPR. More details soon...
