i dont think we want him and are trying to find a loophole?  I would not be sad if we missed out on this guy.

that maybe the case but if the club say he had more tests to do then he hasn't finished it and no deal is complete without a successfully completed medical as we know.

I am thinking maybe a letter of intent was signed, as the deadline in continental Europe is today, and they are taking this as a contract being signed. Where as a letter of intent allows the deadline to pass without a deal being completed but it can be completed within 24 hours of the passed deadline
