no rush we have an extra 2 hours, as long as an intent form is sent to the FA signed by both clubs and the player involved. ARe Norwich however concentrating on Dwight Gayle and not on the Hooper exit

Reason they could not get hold of Norwich is they have their heads in a panics over  the gayle deal. we can still loan him in a couple of days time though

Hoopers agent and Fulham couldn't get in touch with anybody at Norwich so we gave up on the deal. Still have loan window which allows for three months loans but not season long loan we think.

Loan window is still open. Norwich or Crystal Palace may be tempted by the prospect of letting Hooper or Gayle come here on loan til January to keep fit/playing. And there's plenty of other decent strikers who teams may allow to head to us on loan.

Isn't the loan window for short term emergency loans? Like maximum of 3 months or something?

Norwich wanted Gayle, Palace wanted a replacement and couldn't find one and so Norwich couldn't push through Hooper. So the domino effect.
