What I would love to see is Ross being part of a front 3 which is interchangeable. Letting him drop deep or play out wide when he wants. I'd like to see us sign a striker with serious pace, someone who is willing to run in behind the opposition defenders. However, I've also seen our defence and know how important it is to strengthen.

Dembele can do that.  Yes he's raw, but if we get him to sign a new contract he could be the pacey striker we need.  He doesn't need to get 10-15 goals next season if he's a secondary option.

Nicked from the Rovers forum:

One of their respected posters who's has been told the deal for Cairney was "in the region of £2.3 million with around another £1.5 million in add on's"

Not bad business if that's the case.

Also, worryingly for them, that poster has info that their board have sanctioned the sale of any/all players (provided the manager approves), with Gestede to likely to go to Watford, Ben Marshall to Norwich or Brom, and Rhodes expecting a prem bid this week... With their transfer embargo still in place, looks like it could be a tricky season for them..

Woolly Mammoth

That's now three very decent signings, and they appear to be the right kind of players for the positions targeted as needed strengthening.

Yes Riverside, you are indeed correct. I have locked the word demooD in the Attic, as since I have had a rub down with the Sporting Life every day since the end of last season, I have felt very positive, and as each day goes by the positive vibes are expanding, at first I did not recognise myself, but I am beginning to get use to it.
I am starting to get excited about the new season already. So far it's all good news.

This club is starting to look refreshing rather than dehydrating so to speak. Some real characters, young legs, and life being introduced. Kit may well prove all of his doubters wrong, Lord I do hope so.
Someone once asked me, "Why Fulham?".
My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

Quick video I made showing Tom Cairneys goals for Blackburn in the last 2 years. Would appreciate if you gave it a watch. Looks a great signing

Some nice strikes there, worth watching!

Yes, let's hope he replicates some of those goals for Fulham FC

Let's hope the Route Master doesn't blow a tyre, or run out of fuel. If that does happen, let's hope they have a Jack and a Fuel Can.
Come to think of it they have Jack Grimmer, so that's the Jack sorted, just need someone called Fuel or Can or both.

Betts
Grimmer Dunk Burn Kavanagh (someone new)
Parker/Hyndman
LVC Cairney
Roberts Pringle
Mccormack

That's top 2 material.

LVC/Cairney might not be the most defensive but I'd hope with 1/both of them and Parker/Hyndman in there they'd help with any issues we might have.

Mccormack has had problems with just his up front, but I think that's just down to poor management/tactics. He's the best player in the league by a distance, just needs the supply.

Lets hope Kit can find the solution.

Snibbo

Helluva left foot, but a couple with his right as well. Promising

Ross is absolutely the best player in the league, and with how poor we were last year he still managed to score 19 goals. Given the right players behind him, I think he will bag another 19 and then some. Not to mention...this lad deserves game time in the Premier League. Would be a shame for someone of his ilk to not play in the Premier League, even if only for a season or two.

Well we have our own FoF bus driver - is that reassuring or worrying?

Thanks for making a video! I was just getting into the song before it cut out tho haha!

Please make more if you get a chance - we've never been a club who's had someone doing this and it'd be a great thing for someone to start.

That's not top2 material that side wouldn't even make the play offs. I wouldn't have Grimmer, Roberts(to light weight), Hyndman. A new right back, A new left back and 2 new centre halfs then we maybe talking top 6.
