Kit Symons is still waiting to find out the severity of the injury suffered by Jack Grimmer at Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday.

The defender was the victim of a nasty challenge at Adams Park and, after treatment, had to be stretchered from the field of play.

"Jack Grimmer is actually seeing a specialist today so we'll know more about that once he's seen him," Symons revealed in Friday's pre-match press conference.

"Hopefully there'll be some good news but it was quite a nasty injury so it's going to be a period of time, but it's just finding out how long and what actual damage is done on that one."

The 21-year-old is Fulham's only new injury concern ahead of Saturday's encounter with Brighton & Hove Albion, as a number of players continue their recoveries, while Ryan Tunnicliffe is available after serving a suspension.

"Larnell Cole also so he'll feature for the Under-21s tonight. That's it injury-wise so we've got a relatively clean bill of health."

Fulham U21 team to face Arsenal (KO 7pm): Joronen, Sheckleford, Soler, Burgess, Evans, Smile, Hyndman, O'Halloran, Cole, Weymans, Redford

Looking forward to seeing the bench. Particularly if Pino, Plumain, Casasola or Dembele are there.

I think Soler IS Pino (Spanish names are a bit interchangeable)

Weymans was a recent trialist, too wasn't he?

Ah right, interesting. Would not have picked up on that myself.

I am pretty sure that Weymans played against Colchester, if I recall correctly. Wonder if he is still on trial or if we have signed him?

Rodak, De La Torre, Elworthy, Kait and Humphries on the bench.

Assume that means Casasola, Plumain are off.

cmg is right, Soler is Ian Pino.

Good to see Joronen back again. Credited with a 'fantastic save'.

Any speculation about Bettenieli can probably end.
After the Wycombe game he pumped his fist on the badge and then favourited a tweet about it.
Now he's just posted a pic of himself from that game pumping the badge and said "this picture says it all".

ARSENAL GOAL Gedion Zelalem scores a wonderful effort, picking up the ball deep exchanging with Kamara, Iwobi before finishing past Joronen

It has been coming, Arsenal with a lot of possession in the final third. With Joronen saving Fulham's skin with some cracking saves.

U21s: The full-time score here at Emirates Stadium is Arsenal U21s 1-0 Fulham U21s.

Match report here: http://www.fulhamfc.com/under-21s/2015_2016/league/away/arsenal#report

Going by the tweets of Mjg and Jarmin, Joronen was our best player. Arsenal seemed far superior.

Humphries made a difference when he came on and could have done with his strength from the start. Kait another sub also did well coming on.

Hyndman did ok, played very deep and kept the ball moving while also doing a good defensive job. Cole showed flashes of pace,  but not ready

Apparently Paez signed for a Spanish club last week.

U21's was a decent game against a much stronger, older and better Arsenal team.
Could have been a much heaver defeat if it had not been for Joronen.
Forget all the talk about Cole playing for first team. Has pace but little else to offer at the moment.

From what I have read Joronen sounds like an excellent keeper in training.  Hope he continues to develop and has a long career with FFC.
Anyone can blend into the crowd.  How will you standout when it counts?

Hmm, what an odd rumour to make up by that poster.

Buffonge impressing on his Utd debut.

U18s take the lead against Everton. From 20 yards out, Gribbin plants a free kick in the top corner, class. Buffonge very good so far
