Not saying it's a prerequisite to getting promotion but have any of our squad actually been promoted to the premier league?
Cairney left for Blackburn before Hull went up, Richards barely played for Swansea, McCormack left Cardiff before their promotion year, Parker was youth player when Charlton went up.

We have signed a lot of players who know how to play in this division but is there enough know how on how to get out of the division.

Kit's the only one I know of with any experience of promotion.
"We won't look back on this season with regret, but with pride. Because we won what many teams fail to win in a lifetime – an unprecedented degree of respect and support that saw British football fans unite and cheer on Fulham with heart." Mohammed Al Fayed, May 2010

Yet more reason to be pessimistic.

Sack the Board!!!

Rhys Lightning 63

Kay Voser won three league titles in Switzerland, that must count for SOMETHING
@MattRhys63 - be warned, there will be a lot of nonsense

It's not pessimism, it's an obvious tactic by the board to target people who can play in this league. Bournemouth only had 2 or 3( ward/ surman) who had previous promo experience. I'm not saying it's wrong, just asking would it benefit us

If that counted for anything, we wouldn't have been relegated as Duff/ Berbatov won the league.
