Best idea would be to close the window now to stop the other Championship sides from strengthening their squads any further!!

To suggest that Jovanovic has little say in transfers is just daft. They may do the stats/admin etc but surely he both identifies targets & has the final say so. Trusting there will be an opportunity or two for him to do the latter before 11pm tonight.
