Talksport saying Norwich want their former striker Chris Martin back.
Have looked on a couple of their forums
but seen nowt about it.

I don't believe anyone will want Chris Martin after what he has done to us. There is always the risk he may do something similar again and his football isn't good enough to warrant the risk.

I don't believe anyone will want Chris Martin after what he has done to us. There is always the risk he may do something similar again and his football isn't good enough to warrant the risk.

This guy is something else. How was he ever England manager? Can you imagine someone like Roy Hodgson pulling something like this? Surely even his own fans must be embarrassed by this.



He told BBC Radio Derby: "I've made it clear that I like Chris Martin and if there's any possibility that we can get him back, then that's great. We just have to wait and see.

"From day one I've made my feelings on Chrissy clear. It's now up to the two clubs to sort that one out and for us managers to stay out of.

"The (transfer) window isn't open yet. There is a lot of speculation and people don't know the full extent of what is about to happen."

As manager of the parent club he has a right to stay in contact, he hasn't done anything wrong per say, but I would say it isn't within the spirit of what was agreed. C'est la vie
