According to Sky tonight Ulloa has been told that he can leave Leicester,
Wouldn't be my choice but I know plenty on here like him.

Hint of a journeyman about him - not the championship striker people on here want.

grandad

What on earth do Sheffield Wednesday need another striker for. They already have about 6.

Another link from Spain, Google translation below.

Real Valladolid striker Jaime Mata has not only drawn attention to clubs in the Spanish First Division, but also in England have followed him throughout the campaign, and even emissaries from at least 4 English clubs have come to the stadium José Zorrilla to meet him in situ. These 4 teams are: Fulham, Sheffield Wednesdey, Norwich City and Bournemouth. All these teams know the current situation of the player and they intend for this same winter market, since they are aware that in June the priority of the player would be to continue his career in Spain and more specifically in First Division. In the coming days could come offers by the striker, which could exceed one million euros.

I'm a big admirer, think he would bring exactly what we need up front.

Would be a great signing and is what we need this type of forward.

These two guys are the top two scorers in LaLiga2 (Cordoba are bottom of it).
Both been around a bit (29 and 26), neither, as far as I can see, has made it to LaLiga.
Cut and paste journalism...hopefully.

And Guardiola looks like a Fonte clone.
Why are we always looking at players from European lower tiers?? the championship would hit them like a ton of bricks.
All this stat inspired bargain basement shopping getting a bit depressing

Lets hope so!
I've seen a fair bit of bottom of the table La Liga football over the years and its a completely different type of game!

It's possible that the club is working on anything in silence, but I'm afraid that Slavisa is right that nothing is happening here?

The Old Count

There's a player who plays for Bolton called Craig Noone.

I thought we were signing him but it turns out it was a typo - were signing No one.

LOL Very good
Someone once asked me, "Why Fulham?".
My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

Just the possibility that we may lose a couple of our best players. You know looking back to the last window we lost Malone and Aluko and the best of the new signings has proved to be Kamara. So could be two windows in a row where the overall quality of the starting eleven has fallen.
