Seems like a smart signing to me. Has had some good Premier League matches. Has plenty of physical prowess and is accustomed to the English game. Prob not gonna do better on a loan.

Agree - Hardly inspiring. Not a lot better than we already have.  Maybe it's just an attempt to appease the fan's call for signings.

I guess you watch Watford week in week out to come to that conclusion.

It's good to have competition for places. Besides, we are just an injury away from being too bare up top.

The way I see it is that after spending money on Kamara & Fonte in the summer the club is not going to spend +£10M for a striker - we are the 2nd highest scoring team in the country, less than £10m will get you a bang average striker and the money is better spend on a CB, So.....
A Loan it is - who would you prefer;

Martin or Okaka?!?!

Not a slap in face at all - we need to strengthen. most of us can see this & if one is Stefano Okaka, then he'll bring something extra to our strikeforce. Not like for like with Kamara or Fonte at all. No need for us to be defensive here - we're augmenting!
