Southgate announced that he would attend Saturdays match to watch Sess. Slav drops him and only plays him in a cameo role for the last ten minutes. Was that Slav putting two fingers up to southgate?

I agree I think Sess needed a rest.

However, with the performance from Sunday, which winger (if at all) would you take off to put Sess back in the squad? or does he need to fight for his place again?

With the talent we now have he cant be a guaranteed starter.

I'm sure  that Slav only plays the players who he think can get the best result for Fulham, and that is his only reason for dropping or bringing someone in.

A spell out of the limelight might be good for Sess, who is still very young and inexperienced, anyway.
