I hope we will field a strong team in the cup. Only three games before the international break so no need to "rest" anyone, get the team used to playing with eachother instead.

Reid finally scored (and scored angainst Wed in July) so i would give hem a start.

That's quite a defensive line up, as I don't see Anguissa as an attacking midfielder, more of a box-to-box. I'd drop Reed and play Anguissa and Lemina, with Reid or Cairney in the number 10 role. Would be good to take a look at Aina, maybe he could feature in on the right of midfield.

Think we will need a quite deffensive centre midfield this year, both to protect the CB's and the allow the FB's to go forward. Reed sitting back with Lemina and Anguissa goning box to box sounds quite good to me.

Any young players like Jasper too... their mindset is not "blocked" yet, but probably have to give them the creativity to roam just like Ryan Sess previously.

I really hope that the team do get used to playing with each other as there were quite a few "blind passes" on Saturday that were made to players where they expected them to be - without looking up to see where the intended recipient actually was.

Difficult because Parker is still experimenting with his first choice line up so while we want to rest players for the premier league matches we cannot be sure who they are apart from Mitro and Anguissa.
